KITT ARUBA 2026
Keep It Together Trip
Thursday, October 1 - Sunday, October 4
A rest-forward, hosted getaway for women who want to travel without being “on” the entire time.
What is this trip?
Some people do brunch. Some people go to therapy. I take KITTs (Keep It Together Trips). That’s my maintenance.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know this about me. Usually every year, I take a KITT (or two, lol). Not because it’s cute. Because it’s necessary for my physical and mental wellbeing. Like most of you, I spend most of the year holding things together, work, life, responsibilities, kids, you name it. And these trips are how I make sure I can keep doing that, staying functional, without burning myself out. I found my home away from home when I went to Aruba two years ago (check out the video). So this year, I knew I needed to get back. And this time, I’m inviting a small group to come with me.
This isn’t a takeover trip. It’s not a retreat. And it’s definitely not a party-every-night situation. This is for women who keep it together for everyone else and could use a few days where they do that for themselves. No packed schedules, no performance, no "Mommy, I need..." and "Sweetie, can you..." No pressure. You can expect things like:
-
Spacious accommodations
-
A beach day (yes, Flamingo/Iguana Island)
-
Local cuisine with a private chef
-
A boat day
-
Space to rest and enjoy yourself, doing everything or absolutely nothing at all
-
A small group so nothing feels chaotic
This trip is for women who are usually the reliable one: at work, at home, or both. The single moms. The teachers. The creatives. The caregivers. The superwomen who carry a lot and usually put themselves last on the list. In 2026, we’re allowed to be a little responsibily selfish.
If you’ve seen how I travel, if you trust my pace, if you've never quite had the courage to travel solo, if this sounds like something you’d actually enjoy…then this might be for you!

frequently asked questions
q1. Why aruba?
A1. Aruba Calls itself One Happy Island, and that's exactly why it works for KITT! Honestly, why not Aruba?
Q2. When is the trip?
A2. Thursday, October 1, 2026 - Sunday, October 4, 2026 (4 days, 3 nights). This is to minimize the time away from work and home while still allowing space to recharge and reset. Some of us don't need a week, we just need a BREAK.
Q3. How much is the trip and what does it include?
A3. The trip is $1600 (not including flights). This includes living accommodations in Aruba for the duration of the trip, airport transportation, meal experiences including a private chef, one catamaran/boat experience, a Flamingo Island day pass and experience, and curated group activities. It does not include flights, optional spa services, personal expenses, or shopping.
Q4. are payment plans available?
A4. Yes! The payment schedule for all participants would be as follows:
-
$300 Reservation Deposit (due at booking)
-
$325 - April 15, 2026
-
$325 - June 15, 2026
-
$325 - August 15, 2026
-
$325 - September 1, 2026 (final payment)
This schedule was designed to work around graduation, summer, and back-to-school spending as much as possible. You can pay ahead or pay your remaining balance in full at any time. Alternate payment arrangements can also be requested but must be agreed upon in writing.
Q5. DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
A5. Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Aruba. Please note, many airlines enforce a "6-month rule" meaning they might deny boarding if your passport expires within six months of your arrival. It's best to renew your passport if it expires in under six months from October 2026 to avoid potential issues with the airline and guarantee entry.
Q6. DO you assist with flight bookings?
A6. No, you are responsible for your own flights to and from Aruba, however we do provide transportation from the airport to the villa, as well as getting around the island. From most U.S. cities, roundtrip flights to Aruba typically range from $400–$650, depending on when and where you book.
Q7. is this trip women-only?
A7. Yes, this is a women-only experience.
Q8. how many women will be on the trip?
A8. This is a very small, intentionally curated experience capped at 9 guests.
Q9. why only 9 participants?
A9. KITTs are designed for rest, connection, and ease, not crowds. A smaller group allows us to stay together comfortably in one villa, move as a group without stress, create a calm, safe environment, and keep the experience personal and unhurried. This size is intentional so the trip feels restorative, not overwhelming.
Q10. what happens once spots are full?
A10. Once all spots are filled, registration will close. Anyone interested after that will be placed on a waitlist in case a spot opens.
Q11. Is there a minimum number of guests required for the trip to happen?
A11. Yes. The trip will be confirmed once the minimum number of guests is reached. If the minimum is not met by the confirmation date (February 20), all payments will be refunded.
Q12. Will we be together the entire time?
A12. Most activities and key moments are shared, but there is also built-in downtime. You’re always welcome to rest, opt out, or move at your own pace within the structure of the group.
Q13. who is the trip best for?
A13. This trip is ideal for women who:
-
Are craving rest and a mental reset
-
Appreciate structure without rigidity
-
Enjoy shared experiences but don’t need constant activity
-
Want to travel in a small, supportive group
-
Are apprehensive about traveling solo but always wanted to
Q14. who might this trip not be for?
A14. This trip may not be the best fit if you’re looking for:
-
A large group or party-heavy experience
-
A couple's trip or mix-gender experience
-
A fully unstructured itinerary
-
Nightly club outings or high-energy vacations
KITTs are not "takeovers" or "turn ups." While there may be optional social moments, this is a rest-forward, hosted experience focused on ease, not nightlife or packed schedules. Remember, we're always ON. This experience is giving you space so you don't have to be.
Q15. how do i secure my spot?
A15. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on the trip. This deposit confirms your commitment and allows planning to move forward. Registration for KITT Aruba 2026 officially opens on January 20, 2026, and will remain open until February 20, 2026 (or all 9 spots are secured, whichever comes first). On February 21, 2026, registered participants will be notified if the trip is confirmed (meaning we met our minimum number of participants). If we're confirmed, start packing your bags, searching flights and waiting for next steps! If we did not meet our minimum number, your deposit will be refunded.
Q16. is the deposit refundable?
A16. The deposit is non-refundable unless the trip does not meet the minimum number of guests required to proceed. If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum, all payments (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.
Q17. why is the deposit nonrefundable?
A17. If you cancel after submitting your deposit, the deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made may be eligible for refund only if your spot is filled by another guest. (We’ll help facilitate waitlist replacements when possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.)
Q18. what happens if i miss a payment?
A18. Timely payments are required to maintain your spot. If a payment is missed without prior communication, your spot may be released and payments forfeited according to the cancellation policy.
